Benchmarking

Seitlin clients have the benefit of multiple database subscriptions that allow us to compare benefits and cost trends locally and across the U.S.  We participate in the Milliman Middle Market Survey which is the largest such survey in the U.S.  The survey is very detailed and encompasses HR practice, time off and 401(K) topics, as well as in depth Life, Health and Disability statistics. 

Participants in the survey receive a customized comparison of their own data compared to South Florida and National data.  Contribution and plan design strategies are changing more significantly and frequently in this economic environment and up-to-date competitive comparisons are more important than ever.
